How to Batch Edit Flow Templates
This article explains how to batch edit flow templates using CSV files.

1) How to download a flow template
From the left menu of the administration screen, click “Flow Template” > “Create/Edit Batch”.
Click on the “Batch Edit” tab, then click on ‘Download’ under “Download > Flow Template CSV”.
The “CSV Download” pop-up will appear. Select the flow type and flow template name of the flow template you wish to edit, and click "Download.
You can also download CSV templates from the Flow Template List or Flow Template Detail page.

2) How to edit information in the flow template CSV file
- To edit a task: Do not change the task ID, but edit the task name and thereafter.

To add a task: Leave the task ID blank and enter the task name and onward.

To delete a task: Delete the entire row of the task you wish to delete.
Open the downloaded file and edit the information, referring to the Batch Editing Guide.

Please enter the administrator/guest registered in mfloow as the person in charge of the task. You can register more than one person in charge by using a new line. Example: Ichiro Tanaka If you are not a registered member of mfloow, an error will occur. Please register as a member here in advance. |
Task Manager Team | - | Task assignments can be set up by teams. Please enter a pre-created team name. Multiple teams can be registered with a new line. Example: Team A If a team has not been created, an error will occur. Please create your team here in advance. |

3) How to upload the edited CSV
Add the flow template CSV by going to “Upload” > “Select File or Drag & Drop”, confirm the contents in the pop-up and click “Execute”.
If the file is successfully uploaded, a confirmation message will appear. Clicking on the “Confirm” link will open a detailed screen of the edited flow template.
In case of a file upload error
If the flow template file is not filled out correctly, an error message with details will be displayed.
Click the error message to see a pop-up with more details about the error.
Refer to the detailed error message, correct the CSV file as indicated, and upload it again.
