How to Create a Flow Template from a Flow

This article describes how to create a flow template from an in-progress or completed flow.

注意点

  • Flow templates can be created from in-progress or completed flows
  • The following flow settings are saved as flow templates:

    • Flow details (description, shared information, attachments)

    • Process (process name, icon, description)

    • Tasks (task name, assignee, description, reminders, related tasks, checklists, attachments)

  • The trigger refers to the original flow template, otherwise only the flow start date + default value of flow type

 

Click on the 3-point menu in the flow name on the target flow screen and click on “Create Flow Template”.

Confirm or edit the flow template name in the pop-up and click the “Create” button.

The flow is added to the flow template list as a flow template.
