This article explains how to link Google Chat and mfloow and receive real-time notifications in Google Chat.

By integrating Google Chat with the application, you will be able to receive various notifications directly within Google Chat.
*Please note that each user must individually set up the integration for Google Chat notifications.*
For Owner/Standard Administrators
How to Integrate Google Chat
Click the "Google Chat" button under the "Notification Integration" section within the "Settings" for external service connections.
When you access the Google Chat integration guide page, click on the link to the "Google Workspace Marketplace."
The details page for the mfloow Google Chat app will appear. Click the "Install" button to proceed.
Click "Continue" in the pop-up window and grant permission for Google account integration.
Once the application is successfully installed, click on the "Done" button to complete the process.
Open the mfloow Google Chat integration screen.
Click the "Check Google Chat" button to navigate to the Google Chat interface.
In the Google Chat interface, the mfloow app will be added, and you will receive a notification titled "Welcome Message!" Please click the "Connect" button within that message to proceed.
You will then be taken to the confirmation screen for integrating mfloow with Google Chat. Click the "Allow" button here to complete the integration process.

How to Configure Notifications for Google Chat
When you integrate Google Chat, all notification options, except for "Member Notifications," will be enabled by default. To customize your notification settings, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and select "Notification Settings." From there, you can toggle the ON/OFF switch for the desired types of Google Chat notifications.
How to Remove the Google Chat Integration
Click the "Check Google Chat" button located on the Google Chat integration guide screen.
Open the mfloow chat in the Google Chat interface, click on "mfloow," and then select the "Uninstall" option.
For Flow/Task Administrators
Search for the "mfloow" app in the Google Workspace Marketplace, or click this link to access the details page for the mfloow Google Chat app. Then, click the "Install" button to proceed.
Click "Continue" in the pop-up window and grant the necessary permissions for Google account integration.
Once the application is successfully installed, click the "Done" button to finalize the installation process.
Open the mfloow Google Chat integration screen.
Click the "Check Google Chat" button to navigate to the Google Chat interface.
In the Google Chat interface, the mfloow app will be added, and you will receive a notification titled "Welcome Message!" Please click the "Connect" button within this message to proceed with the integration.
You will then be directed to the integration confirmation screen for mfloow and Google Chat. Click the "Allow" button to complete the integration process.
