The IP address restriction feature allows access to the service only from specific IP addresses. For example, by limiting access to the company’s internal network, you can effectively prevent unauthorized access from external sources.
Caution
-
The IP address restriction feature is included in the following plans:
- Business
- Enterprise
- When this setting is enabled, access will be restricted solely to the specified IP addresses.
- Only the Owner or Standard Administrator has the permissions to create or modify the IP address restriction settings.
- IPv4 format and CIDR notation are supported for input. Please note that IPv6 format is not supported.
- When this setting is enabled, access will be denied from any IP addresses not specified. It is recommended not to enable this feature if you do not have a static IP environment.
- If configured users or all users are unable to access mfloow, please contact support for assistance.
How to Configure IP Address Restrictions
From the Settings menu, navigate to the Common Settings section and click on "IP Address Restrictions."
「IPアドレス制限」画面にある「新規登録」ボタンをクリックします。
Enter the desired IP address or CIDR notation, then click the "Start" button.
The IP address will be displayed in the list of allowed connections.
Editing and Deleting Registered IP Addresses
Click the three-dot menu next to the IP address you wish to edit or delete, and select the appropriate option from the menu that appears.
For editing, you can only update the notes associated with the IP address. If you need to change the IP address itself, please add it as a new entry. After updating the notes, click the "Update" button to save your changes.
To delete an IP address, click the "Delete" button in the popup that appears.
How to Enable IP Address Restrictions
To restrict access from all IP addresses except for the ones you have added, click the toggle and then select the "Enable" button in the popup that appears.
When the toggle turns green, it indicates that the IP address restriction feature is enabled, preventing users from accessing the mfloow account from any IP addresses other than those specified.
How to Disable IP Address Restrictions
On the "IP Address Restrictions" screen, click the green toggle and then select the "Disable" button in the popup that appears.
