This article explains how to integrate Microsoft Teams and mfloow and receive real-time notifications in Microsoft Teams.

By integrating with Microsoft Teams, you can receive various notifications directly within the Microsoft Teams platform.
*Please note that each user must individually set up the integration for Microsoft Teams notifications.

For Owner/Standard Administrators
How to Integrate with Microsoft Teams
Click the "Microsoft Teams" button under the "Notification Integration" section within the external service integration settings.
Click the "Microsoft Teams" link to navigate to the Microsoft Teams integration guide page.
The details page for the mfloow Microsoft Teams app will be displayed. Click the "Add" button to proceed.
The mfloow chat will appear, and you should click the "Connect" button.
Click the "Allow" button on the next integration screen.
If Integration with Microsoft Teams Fails
How to Configure Notifications for Microsoft Teams
When integrating with Microsoft Teams, all notification options, except for "Member Notifications," are enabled by default. To modify your notification settings, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and select "Notification Settings." From there, you can toggle the desired types of Microsoft Teams notifications on or off.
How to Remove Microsoft Teams Integration
Click the "Check Microsoft Teams" button on the Microsoft Teams integration details page.
In the Microsoft Teams app, click on "Manage Apps."
Click on "mfloow" and then select the trash can icon. Confirm the deletion by clicking the "Remove" button in the pop-up confirmation window to successfully disconnect the integration.
For Flow/Task Administrators
Search for the "mfloow" app within Microsoft Teams, or click this link to access the mfloow app details page in Microsoft Teams. Once there, click the "Add" button to proceed.
The mfloow chat will appear, and you should click the "Connect" button to establish the integration.
Click the "Allow" button on the next screen to proceed with the integration.
