How to Connect the App

The steps to follow are as follows:

① Generate an "access token" in SmartHR.

  You can generate an access token by navigating to "Common Settings" > "External System Integration" in SmartHR. For more detailed instructions, please refer to the SmartHR documentation.

② In the mfloow application integration, enter the "access token" generated in step 1 along with the "API endpoint."

 

In the application integration main screen, navigate to "Settings" and select "Application Integration," then choose "SmartHR."

Enter the "access token" issued by SmartHR, followed by the "API endpoint URL."

The API endpoint URL should be the URL associated with your SmartHR account, formatted as follows: "https://xxxxxx.smarthr.jp/", where "xxxxxx" represents your unique company identifier. Please confirm your company's unique URL, as 'xxxxxx' varies for each organization.

Please save the configuration settings. If you encounter any errors, double-check the access token and API endpoint URL for accuracy.

*If you are unable to locate your access token, please generate a new one.

 

Automation Settings

Click the "Create Automation" button located on the Automation screen.

Enter a name for the automation and click the "Create New" button.

Set up the automation rules by clicking on each step to access the options menu.

Condition Value
① Trigger Conditions for Automation Activation
② Filter You can select values based on employment status and employment type.
③ Approval Manager Can be selected at the discretion of the administrator.
④ Action Create an account in SmartHR

Example: when a full-time employee is created in mfloow, an account will be automatically generated in SmartHR.

Set the "Trigger" to "Member Creation."

Set the "Filter" to select "Active" for the employment status and "Full-time" for the employment type.

Set the "Approval Manager" to the designated approver member. Please note that an account will only be created in SmartHR once it has been approved.

Set the "Action" to "Create Member" in SmartHR.

To activate the created automation, click the "Inactive" icon on the rule details screen, and then click the "Activate" button.

The created automation will be displayed as "Active" in the automation list.
