Available Viewing Modes for Flows
List View
The List View is the standard display mode in mfloow. In this view, the vertical axis represents the names of the members (employees) involved in events, while the horizontal axis shows the flow name, progress percentage, and task status. Incomplete tasks are indicated by numerical values, and tasks that have surpassed their deadlines are highlighted in orange, making it easy to track the progress of tasks in detail.
Gantt Chart
The Gantt Chart is a visual display method designed for administrators to manage the progress of ongoing flows based on a schedule. In this view, the vertical axis lists the names of employees alongside the details of the flow, while the horizontal axis represents the dates. The chart clearly outlines the start and end dates of the flow, as well as key event dates, allowing for straightforward tracking of timelines and responsibilities.
Board View
The Board View is a display mode designed for administrators that presents flows in a Kanban format, organized by employee events. This view consolidates information on upcoming events, including event details, dates, and employee names, making it easy to understand when each event is scheduled to occur.
