What is an Account?
To use mfloow, you need to have an account. If you have multiple members using the service, please ensure that each individual has their own separate account.
How to Create an Account
When creating an account, please set the user permission to "Standard Administrator" during the member registration process. Once the Standard Administrator account is issued, you will receive an invitation email containing a link. Please access the invitation URL provided in the email.
For more information on how to register as a member, click here.
If you receive multiple invitation emails with the invitation URL (for example, if the sender has resent the invitation), please use the most recent email to approve your account.
You will be directed to the account setup screen, where you should enter your password to complete the account registration process. Once you have done this, your account creation will be finalized. You can log in to the account registration screen using the provided URL from this point forward.
Once your account registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your company ID and login URL.
After completing your account registration, you can proceed to create member accounts. Please refer to the "How to Create a Member" section for detailed instructions on this process.
