What is a Flow Type?
A Flow Type is a "category" used to classify different flows.
By establishing Flow Types, it becomes easier for stakeholders to understand which flows are currently in operation. Each type is predefined, and it is mandatory to select a Flow Type when creating both flow templates and flows.
Examples of Flow Types include:
- New Hire
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Leave of Absence
*Please note that Flow Types are pre-defined and cannot be added or removed.
