This article describes the types of notifications, their content and how to switch notifications on and off.

"Flow Notifications," "My Task Notifications," "Member Notifications," "Reminder Notifications," and "New Email Notifications" can be configured for delivery via email, within the app, or through platforms like Slack. To access your notification settings, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Notification Settings."

The notification settings screen will appear. By default, email notifications and app-related notifications are all set to "On." When a notification is enabled, it will be highlighted in green, while disabling it will turn it gray.

To set up notifications for external applications, you will need to integrate the respective app with our platform.


 

How to Turn Notification Settings On/Off

To access the individual notification settings for each notification type, click on the designated notification recipient to open the settings.

To toggle a specific notification on or off, simply click the toggle icon next to the corresponding notification type.

To toggle all notification methods for a specific type on or off, simply click the toggle icon next to the name of that notification type.

Notification Overview

Flow Notifications

You will receive notifications based on the types you have enabled whenever there are changes to the flow.

 
1) Flow Start You will receive a notification when a flow that you are assigned to starts.
2) Flow Status Update(In Progress/Complete)

You will receive a notification when the status of a flow you are responsible for changes (either from In Progress to Complete or vice versa).

*Please note that you will not receive a notification if you are the one making the change.

3) Flow View Restriction Changes

You will receive a notification when the viewing restrictions of a flow for which you are the assignee are changed.

*Please note that you will not receive a notification if you are the one making the change.

4) Trigger Changes

You will receive a notification when the trigger (reference date) for the flow of a task you are responsible for is changed.

*Please note that you will not receive a notification if you are the one making the change.

5) Shared Information Changes

You will receive a notification when the shared information for a flow you are assigned to is changed. The notification will detail any items that have been added, removed, or modified (including before and after changes).

*Please note that you will not receive a notification if you are the one making the change.

 

My Task Notifications

You will receive notifications based on the types you have enabled whenever there are changes to the tasks you are responsible for.

 
1) Task Status Update(Incomplete/Complete/Skipped)

You will receive a notification when the status of a task you are responsible for changes (to Incomplete, Complete, or Skipped).

*Please note that you will not receive a notification if you are the one making the change.

2) Related Task Status Update

You will receive a notification when a related task that your assigned task is linked to is completed.

*This serves as a reminder that it is now your turn to proceed.

3) Task Due Date Update

You will receive a notification when the due date for a task you are responsible for is changed.

*Please note that you will not receive a notification if you are the one making the change.

4) Task Assignee Update

You will receive notifications in the following scenarios:

- When you are added as an assignee to a task

- When a new assignee is added to a task you are responsible for

- When you are removed from being an assignee on a task

*Please note that you will not receive notifications for changes you make yourself.

5) Task Assignee Transfer You will receive a notification when the responsibility for a task is transferred to another assignee.
6) Comment Notifications

You will receive a notification when you are mentioned in comments within a task (using @name).

*Please note that notifications will be sent regardless of the task's status.

 

Member Notifications

You will receive a notification when new members are added.

Please note that member addition notifications are set to "OFF" by default.

 
1) Member Added All administrators with notification settings turned ON will receive a notification when a new member is added.

Reminder Notifications

You will receive notifications when reminders are set.

 
1) Deadline Summary You will receive a daily summary notification at 7 AM if there are upcoming deadlines or any overdue tasks.
2) Task Reminder You will receive a notification on the specified date when reminders are set.
3) Unset Shared Information Reminder You will receive a notification on the specified date if the shared information for the flow of a task you are responsible for remains incomplete.

New Email Notifications

You will receive notifications when there are changes to the settings for receiving or sending new emails, or when the viewing members of an email thread are modified.

 
1) Email Communication Notifications You will receive notifications whenever there is an incoming or outgoing email.
2) Viewing Member Changes You will receive a notification when the viewing members of an email thread are changed.
