What are Teams?

When you create a team, you can register multiple standard administrators (including flow administrators and task administrators) as assignees without having to add each member individually. Each member of the team is treated as an assignee for the tasks added, and these tasks will be displayed on their respective My Tasks screens.

One of the key benefits of the team feature is the ability to register multiple assignees at once. If there are changes to the assignees, you can simply edit the team members, and all associated tasks will automatically update to reflect the new assignments.
