Change Email Address
Click on the icon in the upper right corner and select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
Click the "Change Email Address" button, enter your new email address in the provided field on the email change screen, and then click the "Request Change" button.
To Change Another Member's Email Address
If another member has not completed their account verification, other administrators can change their email address. However, if the member is already verified, the email address cannot be changed.
Change Password
Password Requirements
- At least 10 characters long
- Combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as numbers
Click on the profile icon located in the upper right corner and select "Profile" from the menu.
Click the "Change Password" button located on your profile screen.
On the password settings screen, enter your current password along with your new desired password, and then click the "Set" button.
Forgotten Password
On the login screen, click the link that says "Forgot Password?"
On the next screen, enter your email address and click the "Submit" button.
Click on the link provided in the email you received.
On the password reset screen, enter your new password in the provided field and click the "Reset" button.
