This section explains how to create flow templates in bulk, including how to upload flow template CSVs.

Currently, only the bulk creation of flow templates is available, and the bulk editing feature is not supported.
1) How to Download the CSV Template
Click on "Flow Templates" from the left menu of the management screen, then select "Bulk Creation."
Click on "Download" under "CSV Template" to download the CSV flow template file.
2) How to Enter Information into the CSV Template File
The CSV template contains sample data for your reference. When entering your actual data, please overwrite or delete these sample rows.
Open the downloaded file and refer to the CSV guide as you add your information.

Task Assignee | - |
Please enter the names of the task assignees who are registered as administrators in mfloow. You can add multiple assignees by separating their names with line breaks.

If the user is not registered as a member in mfloow, an error will occur. Please ensure that you complete the member registration process beforehand.

Task assignees can be designated by team. Please enter the names of the pre-created teams. You can register multiple teams by separating them with line breaks.

If the team has not been created, an error will occur. Please ensure to create the team in advance.

3) How to Upload the Flow Template CSV
To upload the flow template CSV, click on "Upload," then select "Choose File" or drag and drop the CSV file into the designated area. After adding the file, a popup will appear for you to review the content. Once you have confirmed the details, click "Execute" to proceed.
A confirmation message will be displayed once the file has been successfully uploaded.
Upload Error Details
If the flow template file is not correctly formatted, an error message will appear, providing details about the issue encountered.
Clicking on the error message will display a popup with detailed information about the issue.
Refer to the provided error detection details to modify your CSV file, and then attempt the upload again.
