Editing a Flow

To edit a flow, click on the three-dot button and select "Details," or simply click anywhere on the flow itself.

Changes made to the flow's processes, tasks, and shared information are automatically saved.

How to Add a Description to Flow Details

Click on the "Edit" button located on the right side of the Flow Details screen.

The Flow Details screen will open, allowing you to enter the description text for the flow in the provided text box.

Formatting Flow Descriptions

The text within the "Description" field can be formatted for better clarity and presentation.

 

To add headings or bullet lists, click on the "Normal Text" option to select it.

To make the text bold, select the "B" icon; to italicize the text, choose the "I" icon; and to underline the text, click on the "U" icon.

When a URL is added, it will automatically convert into a clickable link.

To create a hyperlink, select the text you want to link and click on the link icon. A pop-up will appear where you can enter the URL. After entering the URL, click on the checkmark icon to save your changes.

To add an image, click on the image icon and select the file of the image you wish to upload.

To resize the image, click and drag one of the corner handles to adjust the height or width to your desired dimensions.

To delete an image, simply click on the image and press the Backspace or Delete key on your keyboard.

 

Formatting Shortcuts

By adding a space after the symbols listed below in the description text, the content will automatically be converted into the specified format.

How to Attach and Edit Files in a Flow

When a file is attached to a flow template, a copy of that file will be displayed each time a flow is initiated from the template.

* Any changes made to attached files in a flow, such as deleting or adding files, will not be reflected in the flow template.

Click on "Attached Files" in the Flow Details section, then select "Attach File" to add the desired file to the flow.

Select the file you wish to attach, and it will be added to the flow.

To delete a file, click on the trash can icon and then select "Delete."

Deleting a Flow

From the list of flows, click on the three-dot button next to the flow you wish to delete, and then select "Delete."

*If you cannot locate the three-dot button, it may be due to limited screen space. In this case, try scrolling horizontally to reveal it.

 

Review the content of the pop-up and click the "Delete" button to confirm the deletion of the flow.
