About Filtering

The filtering feature allows users to narrow down and display data that meets specific criteria.

For example, you can filter the display to show only specific flow types (e.g., onboarding, new hire, offboarding) or limit it to your assigned tasks.

The filtering feature is available on various screens, including "My Tasks," "Flows," and "Flow Templates."

The filter criteria for "flow types" can be set using multiple OR conditions.
For example, if you filter by "new hire" or "onboarding," the display will show flows that match either of these criteria.

How to Set a Filter

Click on either "My Tasks," "Flows," or "Flow Templates" from the menu in the upper left corner. This will display the respective lists, where you can set your filters from the area highlighted in red in the upper right corner.
