Flow-related personnel are members who have the ability to view and interact with the flow.

Flow-related personnel can be added at any time.

By default, the owner and all standard administrators are automatically added as flow-related personnel.
- If there are restrictions on flow viewing, standard administrators will not be added by default. They can be added individually after the flow has been initiated.
- If a Flow Administrator or Task Manager starts a flow and finds that they are not already included in the flow template, they will be automatically added as flow-related personnel.
- Teams cannot be added directly from the Flow Administrator screen.
- If team members are added directly from the original flow template or assigned to specific tasks, they will be displayed as individual icons instead of team icons in the flow-related personnel list.
How to Confirm Flow-Related Personnel
Flow-related personnel can be viewed and edited directly from the flow screen.
*Viewing and editing flow-related personnel is subject to the permissions assigned to each member.
Click the arrow icon located next to "Flow-related Personnel" on the right side of the flow screen to view the current members associated with the flow.
*The member icons marked with an exclamation point indicate that the account status of the member is "terminated."
How to Edit Flow-Related Personnel
Click on "Edit Flow-Related Personnel" located within the flow details.
Adding Flow-Related Personnel
Clicking on "Edit Flow-Related Personnel" will open the editing screen. If you wish to add new flow-related personnel, click on the "Add" section at the bottom of the screen.
A list of Flow Administrators, Task Managers, and Guests who have not yet been added to the flow will be displayed. To add a desired member, simply click on their name, and they will appear under the corresponding account permission title.
Removing Members Added from the Flow-Related Personnel Screen
To remove a member added as flow-related personnel, simply click the trash can icon located next to the member's name in the editing screen.
