By assigning a member the role of "Guest," they will be able to log in to the mfloow account and access their assigned tasks, although with certain limitations.
An example of this functionality is during the onboarding process for new employees, where designated tasks and information can be assigned to them to facilitate their integration into the organization.

・ Confirmation of Receipt of Onboarding Documents
・ Submission of Employment Health Check Results
・ Confirmation of Access to the Internal Portal etc.
Guests, as non-administrators, can be added in unlimited numbers regardless of the subscription plan.

Create a Guest Account
Open the profile of the member you wish to assign as a Guest, select "Guest" from the permissions menu, and then click the "Save" button. An authentication email will be sent to the email address registered in the member's profile.
Guests can only log in if their employment status is either "Pre-employment" or "Currently Employed."
Guest Interface
When guests log in, they will gain access to the tasks assigned to them.
*Guests can only access the "My Tasks" section, their profile, and notification settings.
On the detailed page of each task, guests have view-only access and cannot modify the task details. However, they can attach files, complete checklist items, add comments, and update the status of their assigned tasks.
