This article describes how to use mfloow as a guest member.

In mfloow, you can manage your tasks and communicate with administrators through chat features.
For example, when a new employee is invited to mfloow, they can check their to-do list of tasks to complete before their start date, submit necessary documents, and communicate with their onboarding representative through a chat feature.
Create an Account
Once your account is created, a registration email will be sent to your email address. Click on the green link included in the email to proceed.
The password setup screen will open. Enter your desired password and click the "Register" button.
Once your account registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your company ID and the login URL.
To log in, you will need your company ID, email address, and password.
*We recommend bookmarking the screen that appears after entering your company ID for quick access to mfloow in the future.
Upon logging into mfloow, you will be directed to the "My Tasks" screen.
How to Use "My Tasks"
The "My Tasks" screen displays all the tasks that have been assigned to you.
To view the details of a task, simply click on the task itself.
In the task detail screen, you can perform the following actions:
The "Due Date" for each task displays the nearest upcoming deadline. The "Incomplete" section shows all currently outstanding tasks that have not yet been completed.
If a task's due date is today, it will be displayed as "Due Today."
Overdue tasks will be marked with the label "Overdue" in red next to the task name, and the due date for these tasks will also be displayed in red.
Complete Checklists
Once you have completed an item on the task checklist, click the icon next to the item to mark it as either complete or incomplete.
Attach Files
To attach a file to a task, click on the "Attach File" button.

Delete an Attached File
To remove an attached file from a task, simply click on the trash can icon.
Review the content of the pop-up and then click the "Delete" button.
Add Comments
To add comments to a task, click on the comment field. You can mention specific team members by typing "@" followed by their name, or by clicking the "@" icon to select their name from a list. After entering your comment, click the "Send" button to add it to the task.
*There is a character limit of 1,000 characters for comments.
Change Task Status
To mark a task as "Complete," click the dropdown menu next to the title labeled "Task Details" on the task detail screen.
To change the status of a task, click on either "Complete" or "Skip" from the dropdown menu. The new status will be updated automatically and saved.
You can also change the status of a task directly from the "My Tasks" screen by clicking the green icon and selecting the desired status from the dropdown menu.
Profile & Notification Settings
Profile
To access your profile, click on the icon in the upper right corner and select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
You can edit all profile information except for your email address and account password.
Changing Email Address
Click the "Change Email Address" button, and in the email address change screen, enter your new email address. Then, click the "Request Change" button to submit your update.
Changing Password
Click the "Change Password" button, then enter your current password and new password in the password change screen. Finally, click the "Save" button to apply your changes.
Notification Settings
You will receive notifications when there are changes to tasks assigned to you or when deadlines are approaching.
To access your notification settings, click on the icon in the upper right corner and select "Notification Settings" from the dropdown menu.
In the notification settings screen, you can customize your preferences for "My Tasks Notifications" and "Deadline Summary Notifications." If you turn off these settings, you will not receive any notifications.
