What is My Tasks?

My Tasks is a feature that allows you to filter and display only the tasks assigned to yourself or specific team members. By utilizing My Tasks, you can easily manage your assigned tasks, especially as the number of workflows you oversee increases, reducing the likelihood of overlooking important responsibilities.

My Tasks Screen

By clicking on "My Tasks" in the upper left menu, you can view all tasks assigned to you. The current tasks are displayed in order of their due dates, starting with the most imminent. Clicking on a task name will reveal the current workflow associated with that task.

If you wish to change the members displayed in My Tasks, you can easily do so by selecting a different assignee from the "Assignee" option in the upper right corner.

*Even if you change the assignee, tasks that have viewing restrictions will not be visible to users without the necessary permissions.MyTask-02

The "Due Date" in the task group displays the nearest upcoming due date for tasks within that group. The "Incomplete" section shows the current incomplete tasks within the group.

If there are any overdue tasks, they will be prioritized and displayed first.

If a task's due date falls on the current day, it will be highlighted in orange with the label "Due Today" next to the task name, and this label will also appear within the task group.
