How to Register Members Individually
"General" members refer to those managed within the mfloow system as participants in workflows. It is important to note that general members do not have the ability to perform actions within mfloow. To create a new member, navigate to the left menu in the management interface and click on "Members," then select "Create New."
The member creation screen will appear, prompting you to enter the member's information. While entering the "Last Name" and "First Name" fields is mandatory, it is recommended to fill in as much additional information as possible to facilitate workflow initiation by other standard administrators.
Member Profile Icons
To set a profile image, click on the profile icon.
To upload a profile image, click on the "Custom Image Settings" button. If you choose to select an avatar color, the member's icon will be displayed using the first letter of their last name along with the chosen color.
If no image or color is specified, the member will be assigned a randomly generated profile icon color.
How to Bulk Register/Edit Members
From the top left menu, click on "Members," then select "Bulk Create/Edit."
1) Select either "Bulk Create" or "Bulk Edit," then 2) download the CSV file. After creating or editing your CSV file, 3) upload it back into the system.
4) If the upload fails, please check the error message and make the necessary corrections.
⚠️ It is advisable to save a copy of the original CSV file before performing bulk edits. This will allow you to easily revert any unintended changes if necessary.
