Batch Handover Method for the Person in Charge (Flow Template Task Handover)
This article explains how to change the batch handover of the task person in charge of a flow template.

Note
- The tasks in the template that can be viewed by the operator will be the “takeover tasks”. (Tasks that are handled by a team are not handover targets.)
- Notification will be sent to both the source and destination members.
- Please note that after the transfer, the assignments cannot be restored by a batch operation.
- The handover of the person in charge can only take place within the same workspace.
- If a team has a member who does not belong to a workspace, “No Associated Workspace” will be displayed.
Select the target member on the Member List screen. On the member detail screen, click “Person in Charge Handover” > “Flow Template Tasks”.
The tasks in the flow template for which the target member is the person in charge are displayed.
Flow Type Filter
Flow templates can be filtered by flow type by selecting the required flow type from “Flow Type Selection”.
*Multiple selections are possible.
If you want to clear the filter, click “Reset”.
Selecting and Deselecting Tasks
You can select or deselect a specific task by clicking the checkbox next to the task name.
To clear the selection, click Deselect.
How to Hand Over Tasks in All Flow Templates
Click on “Persons to be Transferred” and select the member or team.
* Multiple members can be selected.
Clicking “Select All” will select all flow template tasks for which the target member is the person in charge.
Click the “Execute” button.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Confirm the details and click “Execute” to complete the transfer.
If you do not specify the person to whom the task should be handed over, the person in charge of the task will be removed and no longer available.
Please be careful when transferring multiple tasks at once.
How to Hand Over a Task in a Specific Flow Template
Click on “Persons to be Transferred” and select the member or team.

To select all tasks in a process
Clicking the checkbox next to a process name selects all tasks in that process. Clicking the checkbox of a process again will deselect all tasks within it.
To select specific tasks throughout the flow template
Click the checkbox next to the task name to select it.
Once you have selected a task or process, click the “Execute” button.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Confirm the details and click “Execute” to complete the transfer.
If you do not specify the person to whom the task should be handed over, the person in charge of the task will be removed and no longer available.
Please be careful when transferring multiple tasks at once.
