A popup will appear for you to enter the URL. After adding the URL, click the checkmark icon to save your changes. ![05-RichText](https://help.mfloow.com/hs-fs/hubfs/05-RichText.png?width=443&height=177&name=05-RichText.png) ![06-RichText](https://help.mfloow.com/hs-fs/hubfs/06-RichText.png?width=449&height=178&name=06-RichText.png)   To add an image, click on the image icon and select the file of the image you wish to upload. ![01-Image](https://help.mfloow.com/hs-fs/hubfs/01-Image.png?width=448&height=271&name=01-Image.png) To resize the image, click and drag one of the corners to adjust it to your desired height or width. ![02-Image](https://help.mfloow.com/hs-fs/hubfs/02-Image.png?width=374&height=396&name=02-Image.png) ![03-Image-1](https://help.mfloow.com/hs-fs/hubfs/03-Image-1.png?width=373&height=430&name=03-Image-1.png) To delete an image, simply click on the image and use the Backspace or "Delete" key on your keyboard.   **Formatting Shortcuts** By adding a space after the following symbols in your description, the text will automatically convert to the specified format. - Heading (H1, etc.)：`#` - List：`-` - Quotation：`>` #### Task Detail Screen Tabs You can send comments (mentions) to team members using the "Comments" feature. ![07-TaskLogComm](https://help.mfloow.com/hs-fs/hubfs/07-TaskLogComm.png?width=427&height=198&name=07-TaskLogComm.png) You can review the activity of tasks in the "Activity Log." ![08-TaskLogAct](https://help.mfloow.com/hs-fs/hubfs/08-TaskLogAct.png?width=426&height=202&name=08-TaskLogAct.png) You can review the details of the flow in the "Flow Details" section. ![09-TaskLogFlow](https://help.mfloow.com/hs-fs/hubfs/09-TaskLogFlow.png?width=425&height=578&name=09-TaskLogFlow.png) ### Reorder a Task In the Flow Details section, you can reorder tasks by dragging and dropping them. If you wish to skip the task, click on the ellipsis and select "Skip." ![12-TaskCompl](https://help.mfloow.com/hs-fs/hubfs/12-TaskCompl.png?width=688&height=84&name=12-TaskCompl.png) **For Incomplete Checklist Items** If there are incomplete checklist items when marking a task as complete, a confirmation popup will appear.
