How to Transfer Tasks
The task transfer feature allows you to change the assignee of tasks from flow templates and any incomplete tasks in ongoing flows in bulk.
Click on the member you wish to assign tasks to from the "Members" screen.
Click on "Transfer Tasks" in the member details screen.
The "Task Transfer" screen will appear, displaying both flow template tasks and any incomplete tasks from ongoing flows. By default, the "Flow Template Tasks" option is selected. However, if you wish to include incomplete tasks from ongoing flows, you can also check the box for "Incomplete Tasks from Ongoing Flows."
To select the member to whom you want to transfer the tasks, click on "Select Assignee" and choose the desired member from the dropdown menu. You can freely select one member, multiple members, or an entire team for the task transfer.
Once you have made your selection, click the "Execute" button.
A popup will appear for you to review the details. Once you have confirmed the information, click the "Execute" button.
Once the transfer is complete, the original task assignee will have their task count displayed as "0." The transferred tasks will appear on the new assignee's "My Tasks" page (if "Incomplete Tasks from Ongoing Flows" is selected) and will be assigned to the new member within the original task assignee's flow template.
*If you execute the transfer without selecting an assignee member, the targeted member will be removed from being the task assignee.
