From the left menu of the management screen, click on "Flow Templates" and then select "Create Template."
A list of recipes will be displayed. To create a flow template from an existing recipe, click on "Create Template." If you wish to design an original flow template from scratch, click on "Create Template" at the bottom of the screen.
In the "Select Flow Type" section, you can filter the recipes based on the flow type. It is also possible to select multiple flow types simultaneously.
Regarding AI-Generated Creation
AI can automatically create flow templates based on the template name you provide. For instance, you can input names like "Onboarding Process for Contract Employees" or "New Employee Onboarding," and the AI will generate the corresponding flow template.
Enter the desired template name and select the corresponding flow type for the template you wish to create, then click on "Create New."
If you are creating the flow template from an existing recipe, the flow template will be generated accordingly.
To create a custom flow template from scratch, click on "Add Process."
A "process" refers to a category used to organize tasks created within a flow template. For example, when designing a flow template related to onboarding procedures, you might create processes such as "From Offer to Contract" and "Onboarding Procedures." By categorizing tasks within these processes, you can effectively manage and track task progress in a clear manner.
Enter the desired process name, add an icon, and then click on "Save."
The created process has been added to the upper left corner of the screen. If you have additional processes to add, simply click the "+" button to include them.
Once you have completed creating the process, click on "Add Task" to continue.
In the task addition screen, enter the relevant task information and then click the "Save" button to proceed.
